Qualification for IREL Recruitment 2024
The candidate should be a graduate who has retired from the Indian Defence Services with a rank not below that of Major in the Indian Army, or an equivalent rank in the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, or Para-Military Services such as CISF, CRPF, BSF, AR, ITBP, NSG, or SSG. Experience in security management is essential. Desirable qualifications include proficiency in reading and speaking Odiya, as well as knowledge or experience in fire fighting.
Pay Scale for IREL Recruitment 2024
Rs.70000-200000 E-4 Grade Rs. 21 Lakhs (excluding PRP)
Besides Basic Pay, Candidates will be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company accommodation as applicable, Perks and allowances, Annual Increments, Benefits such as leave encashment, medical facilities for self and dependents family members, loans and advances, PF, Gratuity, PRP, Uniforms etc.

The selected candidate will be posted at Matikhalo, Chatarpur(Ganjam), Odisha.

The selection process for eligible applicants will involve an interview, psychometric test, group exercise, or a combination of these. Note that the company reserves the right to conduct a written test or any other assessment if deemed necessary.
