The Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), established by the Reserve Bank of India, is recruiting dynamic candidates for two temporary contractual positions of Project Engineers.
Applicants should hold a B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent, along with three years of post-qualification full-time professional experience in various aspects of IT infrastructure management.
Experience in areas such as server administration, network security, and hardware maintenance is essential. The position offers a consolidated compensation of Rs. 50,000 per month for a contractual period of three years, with an age limit not exceeding 40 years as of April 15, 2024.

Qualifications Details for IRDBT Recruitment 2024
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems/Information Security/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or its equivalent with a consistently good academic record. OEM Certified candidates in MS Windows Exchange Server 2016 or Network & Security (OEM Certified Cisco / Checkpoint products), would be preferred
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification full-time professional experience in a reputed organisation with hands-on experience in:
- Installation, Configuration, Management of MS Windows Server Virtualization, MS Exchange Server 2016 and above, Open Source Server Virtualization software/Operating System.
- AD, ADC and Exchange Sever Administration and Management
- Web Gateway Security
- Server Administration including troubleshooting, hardening, patch deployment for all kind of operating systems
- Domain Administration with setting and implementation of root level security policies
- Call logging and Coordination with Warranty/AMC vendors of network equipment for rectification of any problem in the equipment as per SLA with respective vendors.
- Monitor and manage network and compute infra such as firewalls, switches, routers, mobile devices, servers and laptops.
- Identify various threats and defend against them including unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction.

Pay Scale for IRDBT Recruitment 2024
- The Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) is seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Project Engineers on a temporary contractual basis. There are two vacancies available for this role. Candidates selected for this position will receive a consolidated compensation of Rs. 50,000 per month.
