IRCON Recruitment 2025 is seeking RSE Officers working in the SAG scale with at least 4 years of service and experience in construction earthwork, bridges, and track. Applicants must have an "Outstanding" grade in at least 3 out of their last 5 Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs), with no less than "Very Good" in the remaining two. The ideal candidate should have relevant extensive experience, good communication skills, and the ability to prepare bids, tenders, and execute projects.

Candidates should be no older than 58 years as of the application deadline, with age relaxation for reserved categories. The selection process includes a PowerPoint presentation to evaluate the candidate's skills, vision, and strategies. Eligibility Criteria for IRCON Recruitment 2025

• RSE Officer working in SAG scale with minimum 4 years' service in SAG with experience in construction earthwork, bridges, track.
• Officer must have secured an overall grade of "Outstanding" in not less than any "3 out of 5" preceding Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APARs) and of the remaining two ACRs / APARs, the candidate should not have had a grading of less than "Very Good".
• The job requirement will include preparation of bids and tenders and execution of projects at various project sites.
• Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field.
• The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific area as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
• Officer should have good communication skills.
• Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.

Age Limit for IRCON Recruitment 2025
