India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), established under the Department of Post, Ministry of Communications and fully owned by the Government of India, is revolutionizing banking and financial literacy by leveraging India's vast postal network comprising 1,55,015 post offices and 3 lakh Postmen and Gramin Dak Sewaks (GDS) as banking service access points.
To support its growth and transformation goals, IPPB is seeking applications from qualified candidates for Executive positions on a contractual basis in Sales & Operations Department. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online from March 15, 2024, to April 5, 2024, through the official website
The recruitment drive offers 47 vacancies with horizontal reservation applicable for Persons with Disability as per government norms. The age limit for applicants is 21 to 35 years as of March 1, 2024. The monthly remuneration for Executives is set at ₹30,000 inclusive of statutory deductions, with tax deductions applied as per Income Tax Act regulations.
Annual increments and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities are also provided. Application fees vary with SC/ST/PWD candidates charged INR 150 and all others INR 750. Qualifications Details for IPPB Recruitment 2024
- They want someone who has graduated in any subject. They prefer candidates with an MBA in Sales or Marketing. It's best if you're fresh out of school with no work experience. But if you've worked in selling financial products before, that's a plus.
Age Limit for IPPB Recruitment 2024
- Age (as of 01-03-2024): 21 to 35 years
- Reservations and relaxations for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD (Degree of Disability 40% or above) candidates will be provided in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of India.
- Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category candidates will be provided as per Government of India guidelines.
Pay Scale for IPPBRecruitment 2024
- The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of ₹30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only) per month inclusive of statutory deductions.
- Tax deductions will be done as per Income Tax Act, considering the amendments from time to time.
- Annual increment of lump-sum pay and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities as decided by the Competent Authority from time to time.
Application Fee for IPPB Recruitment 2024
- SC/ST/PWD (Only Intimation charges): INR 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only)
- For all others: INR 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred fifty Only)
Selection Process for IPPB Recruitment 2024
- Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation/Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
- However, Bank reserves the right to select the candidate only on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation/MBA (Mktg./Sales) and or conduct online test/Group Discussion.
- Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
- In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score in selection process, merit order shall be decided as per the date of birth of the candidates.
- IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc.
