IPPB requires 344 Gramin Dak Sevaks on engagement from DoP to perform direct sales and related activities at various offices of the Bank as per the requirements of the Bank. The GDS on engagement to IPPB will play a key role in lead generation, direct sales, coordination and generation of business through the Business Correspondent arrangement between DoP and IPPB.

Qualification for IPPB Recruitment 2024
Minimum Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Regular /Distance Learning) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a GDS. Important Note: The applicant should have no vigilance/ disciplinary case pending against him/her and should also not be serving punishment at the time of applying.
Pay Scale for IPPB Recruitment 2024
a) The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of ₹ 30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions & contributions as applicable to the GDSs engaged to IPPB as Executives.
b) Tax deductions will be done as per IT Act as amended from time to time.
c) Annual increment of lump-sum pay and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities as decided by the Competent Authority.
d) Further, it is clarified that no other pay/allowances/Bonus etc. shall be paid except those mentioned in above.
Place of Posting for IPPB Recruitment 2024
Candidature of the applicant will be considered only against the vacancies in the Circle/State for which he/she has applied/ opted. Merit list will be drawn Circle/State wise. Selected candidates will be posted in the Circle/State against which they have applied. However, the Bank reserves the right to post the candidate to any of its offices or locations across India.

Application Fee for IPPB Recruitment 2024
Application Fee of ₹ 750/- (Non-Refundable) is payable. Candidates should ensure their eligibility before paying the fees/applying online. Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future selection process.
Selection Procedure for IPPB Recruitment 2024
- Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Online Test
- In case of equal graduation percentage obtained by two candidates in the merit list then the candidate having seniority in service at DoP shall be selected. In case the seniority in service is also same, the candidate will be selected bases the date of birth.
- Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be in the select list
- Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be published on the website.
