The Institute of Nano Science and Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual with a doctoral degree for the position of Research Associate-I in a trilateral international project funded by AISTIC. The project, led by Dr. Manish Singh, aims to develop pragmatic strategies for delivering phytodrugs across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) using plant-derived exosomes to manage neuroinflammatory diseases.
The candidate must possess a Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree in Biotechnology, Neuroscience, Nanobiotechnology, Pharmacology, or have three years of research experience after MVSc/ME/M.Pharm/M.Tech, along with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Desirable qualifications include experience in pharmacokinetics, mammalian cell culture, toxicological assessments, molecular techniques (PCR, Western Blotting, immunoassays), and familiarity with neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

Qualifications Details for INST Recruitment 2024
- Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree in Biotechnology/Neuroscience/Nanobiotechnology and Pharmacology or having 3 year of research, teaching and design and development experiece after MVSc/ME/M.Pharm/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal
- Experience in pharmacokinetics, mammalian cell culture, toxicological assessments, molecular techniques (PCR, Western Blotting, immunoassays), and neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's) preferred. Knowledge of animal handling, and neurobehavioral techniques like Open field and Morris water maze also preferred.
Age Limit for INST Recruitment 2024
The Institute of Nano Science and Technology is recruiting for the position of Research Associate-I, with one position available. Pay Scale for INST Recruitment 2024
