Selection process for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024
The selection process for the positions includes:
- Shortlisting of applications followed by an interview, or
- Written/Online Test followed by an interview.
Incorrect answers in the test will result in a penalty of 1/4th of the marks allotted to the respective question, while unanswered questions will not incur any penalty.
Candidates called for interview will be:
- 3 times the number of vacancies for unreserved categories.
- 5 times the number of vacancies for reserved categories, based on performance in the test.
The bank reserves the right to adjust the number of candidates based on the needs at the interview stage.
Cut-offs on total marks will determine shortlisted candidates based on available vacancies. Interviews will be scored out of 100 marks, with minimum qualifying marks set at 40% for unreserved/EWS categories and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD categories in both the Test and/or Interview.
If an insufficient number of qualifying candidates are available, the bank may lower the qualifying marks at its discretion.
Candidates must individually qualify both the Test and Interview stages to be considered for the merit list.
