Subject: - Filling up of the post of Stenographer Grade-I, Upper Division Clerk and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the India Meteorological Department on deputation basis-regarding. It has been decided to fill up the vacant posts of Stenographer Grade-1, Upper Division Clerk and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) on deputation basis in various offices of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) wherever vacancy exists/ manpower required in exigency of office work. India Meteorological Department Recruitment 2024: How to Apply Online
- The Cadre Controlling Authorities are requested that applications of eligible and willing officials may be forwarded in the proforma annexed so as to reach the Administrative Officer- II (Recruitment Cell), O/o the Director General of Meteorology, Mausam Bhawan, Lodi Road, New Delhi - 110003, positively by 08th December 2024.
- While forwarding the applications, the Cadre Controlling Authorities shall verify and ensure that the particulars furnished by the applicants are correct and no disciplinary case is either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned. The following documents should also be sent along with the applications:
- Application Form Complete and up-to-date C.R. dossier for the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24) or attested photocopy thereof (attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of an Under Secretary to the govt. of India).
- Vigilance Certificate/Clearance Integrity Certificate/Clearance Cadre Clearance List of major/minor penalties imposed if any, on the official during the last 10 years; (if no penalty has been imposed a 'NIL' certificate should be enclosed);
