CSIR - Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH) has released a notification for the recruitment of 01 Project Associate I. The project is titled "Exploring the role of Microbes in Natural Farming". Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable qualifications include experience in Microbial genome isolation and DNA sequencing. The monthly emoluments range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 31,000, depending on the selection criteria. The age limit for the position is a maximum of 35 years. The last date to apply online is 8th May 2024.

Pay Scale for IMTECH Recruitment 2024
Monthly Emoluments: (i) Rs. 31,000/- +HRA to Scholars who are selected through a (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions. (ii) Rs. 25,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
