The Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management (IITRAM) in Ahmedabad has announced openings for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with three vacancies available. Candidates interested in applying must have an M.E./M.Tech degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Material Science, Computer/IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant branch, with first division in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The positions are initially for 11 months but may be extended up to three years based on performance evaluations. The upper age limit is set at 28 years as of the application deadline, although relaxations apply for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per the Government of Gujarat norms.
The salary offered is Rs. 31,000 plus HRA. Qualifications For IITRAM Ahmedabad Recruitment 2024
- M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical/ Production Engg./Material Science or Relevant branch with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from the recognized University/ Institute
- M.E./M.Tech. in Computer/IT/ Computer Science/Electrical Engg. or Relevant branch with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level from the recognized University/Institute. Age Criteria may be relaxed for suitable candidates applying for this center.
Age Limit For IITRAM Ahmedabad Recruitment 2024
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
- The upper age limit shall be relaxed to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC as per the Government of Gujarat norms.

- The initial appointment will be for 11 months but extendable upto three years (11 months at a time) after satisfactory performance evaluation at the end of each tenure.
