The Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, announces a Research Associate-I position under a Ministry of Tribal Affairs funded project titled "Capacity Building Training Programs on Basic Level and Advanced Level IT and Computer Training for Tribal Students in Jharkhand."
The project, led by Prof. Rashmi Singh, aims to promote IT and computer training among tribal students in Jharkhand. The Research Associate-I will be responsible for program promotion, conducting RCTs, facilitating problem-solving centers, coordinating classes and exams, and liaising with industry partners. The essential qualification includes a Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or 3 years of teaching/research experience after MVSC/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one SCI paper.
The upper age limit is 35 years, and the salary offered is Rs. 58,000/- per month plus 16% HRA. The deadline for applications is April 23, 2024, 5:00 P.M. - Promotion of the program in the tribal schools of Jharkhand
- Conducting RCT’s before & after the program
- Facilitation of setting up problem solving centres in different regions of Jharkhand Facilitating the conduction of classes & exams for the selected tribal students in the program
- Liasoning with the Industry for signing of MoU’s Documentation and reports preparation.
