Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has announced recruitment for the position of Project Research Scientist II, with 02 vacancies available. The salary offered is Rs. 67,000 per month.

Applicants must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent, along with GATE/JRF/NET qualification. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of a malaria prediction tool and conducting spatio-temporal modeling for Andhra Pradesh.

Job Description for IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2024

• The candidate will be involved in the project "Development of malaria prediction tool through spatio-temporal modelling for Andhra Pradesh".
• Background in vector borne disease, public health, epidemiology, experience with meteorological or climatic data will be helpful.
