- Ph.D. or MTech (with 3 years' Experience) in (Physics/ Materials Science/ ElectronicsA.,lanotechnology) with relevant publications in peer reviewed Journals
- The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has announced a recruitment drive for Research Associate positions as per the notification released on April 22, 2024.

- Only those candidates need to apply who have experience on fabrication of thin films by sputtering and their detailed characterization of optical properties by Ellipsometry. l. Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.
