Qualifications For IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2024
- M.Tech or equivalent degree with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale, or 60% marks with a valid GATE score, irrespective of the category.
- B.Tech or equivalent degree with a valid GATE score and a minimum CGPA of 7.50 on a 10 point scale or 75% marks, irrespective of the category.
- For graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs), the minimum CGPA requirement is relaxed to 7.0 on a 10 point scale or 70% marks.
- Initial contract for 1 year, extendable based on periodic performance review and project.
