Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee's Department of Hydro and Renewable Energy is seeking applications from Indian nationals for a Research Associate position for the "Centre of Excellence" project funded by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy.
The project aims to research and develop Ultra Low Head (ULH) and Hydrokinetic Turbines. The Research Associate should hold an M. Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydropower Engineering with one year of related experience.
Responsibilities include field investigation, coordination, discharge measurements, and design preparation for hydrokinetic turbines. The position offers an emolument ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month plus HRA for a duration of one year or until project completion.
