IIT Patna Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Junior Research Fellow Vacancies, Check Eligibility at iitp.ac.in
Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow position in a time-bound research project focused on developing ultra-low jitter, low spur, and low-power frequency synthesizers for high-speed data converters, Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and beyond communication systems.
Sponsored by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), the position offers a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000 for the first two years, increasing to Rs. 42,000 for the third year. Candidates with an M.Tech./ME/MS degree in VLSI/Communication/Electronics/Instrumentation must have a first-class score in their degree with GATE/NET qualifications, while those with a B.Tech./BE in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation need 70% marks or 7.50 CPI from non-IIT/IISc institutes and 7.0 CPI from IITs/IISc.
The selected candidate may be encouraged to apply for admission to the PhD program at IIT Patna. Interested individuals should email their application in the prescribed format along with a CV to Dr. Yatendra Kumar Singh at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Patna, by April 28, 2024. Qualifications Details for IIT Patna Recruitment 2024
For candidates with M.Tech./ME/MS degree in VLSI/ Communication/ Electronics/ Instumentation: first class (minimum 60% marks or 6.50 CPI) inM.Tech./ME/MS with GATE/NET qualifications and first class (minimum 60% marks or6.5 CPI) in B.Tech./BE.
For candidates with B. Tech./BE in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instumentation) as qualifying degree: 70% marks or 7.50 CPI in B.Tech./BE from institutes otherthan IITs/IISc and 7.0 CPI in B.Tech. from IITs and IISc. c) Cnadidate with knowledge of designing CMOS circuits, eps PLL, and experience of using CAD tools like Cadence will be given preferrance. The applicant should have qualified GATE or any other national level exam like NET.
