Qualifications Details for IIT Madras Recruitment 2024
- Under graduation in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or any related field is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing is highly preferred.
- In case of a UG / PG Degree in a non-related field as mentioned above, relevant industry work experience with a Diploma / Certification in related field is mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in the higher education or development sector leading business development or partnerships is mandatory.
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing teams is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the higher education and skilling landscape in India and an existing network is highly preferred.
- Priori experience of working in the context of an EdTech product is highly preferred.
Pay Scale for IIT Madras Recruitment 2024
IIT Madras is hiring for the position of Manager with a salary range of Rs. 12,00,000 to Rs. 15,00,000 per annum, contingent upon performance in the interview, prior work experience, and educational qualifications. The role involves managing branding and outreach efforts for the SWAYAM Plus project. This is a single vacancy position.
