Applications are invited for the temporary post of Program Manager, Gopala Krishnan-Deshpande Centre (GDC) , IIT Madras

Title of the project: Gopala Krishnan-Deshpande Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Co-ordinator: Prof. Krishnan Balasubramanian, Gopala Krishnan-Deshpande Centre (GDC), IIT Madras.

Duration: Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance.

IIT Madras Recruitment 2024 Qualification

• Graduate in any subject. Post-graduate will be preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in a college, corporate, or training organisation in managing/coordinating programs.

IIT Madras Recruitment 2024 Responsibilities

• Organising and administering GDC programs (in-person and online) as per plan and procedure
• Compering online meetings/webinars as the host on electronic platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
• Communicating with instructors, mentors, and team members to run programs on schedule.
• Organising data, documents, correspondences, contracts, MIS, and archiving of course material and metadata during and after programs
• Managing multiple programs/cohorts of GDC and commitments simultaneously
• Getting to know every alumnus/alumni of GDC and maintaining contact with them in the future.
• Managing the software packages and licenses of GDC.

Selection Process for IIT Madras Recruitment 2024
