- M.Tech, Or B.Tech + 3 years relevant experience
- M.Tech in the area of solid mechanics and design Or B.Tech from the Department of Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering + 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with CAD softwares (preferably Solidworks)

- Proficiency in LaTeX for the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations
