IIT (ISM) Dhanbad Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details
Candidates should have first class or equivalent GPA in M.Sc/MSc.Tech/M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Mineral exploration with valid GATE/NET qualifications.
Knowledge on host rock and ore petrography, sample preparation for EPMA/LA-ICP-MS, digitization using software, knowledge on geochemical software and data interpretation

The upper age limit is 30 years at the time of appointment (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GoI norms)
IIT (ISM) Dhanbad Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale
Rs. 37,000/- (consolidated) per month + HRA as per IIT(ISM) rules for first 2-years
Rs. 42,000/- (consolidated) per month + HRA as per IIT(ISM) rules for 3rd year for SRF on successful completion of 2 Year as JRF
