IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 02 Junior Research Fellow, Project Assistant, Check Eligibility at iith.ac.in
Applications are invited for time-bound Project Appointments under a project titled "Numerical simulations of Process modeling and experimental validation of Selective Laser Melted components for Aerospace applications" led by Dr. Viswanath Chinthapenta in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at IIT Hyderabad.
The positions available include Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Project Assistant, with responsibilities ranging from design and modeling of Additive Manufacturing (AM) components to fabrication and mechanical characterization using Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technology. The salary for JRF is Rs. 37,000 per month, with hostel facilities subject to availability, while Project Assistant receives Rs. 25,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of HRA.

B.Tech/B.E. (1st Class) in Mechanical or Aerospace. M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, or Aerospace (min. CGPA 6.0). Desired Qualification: Expertise in AM, Modelling using FEM, Minimum Qualifications: - Btech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering. Desired Qualification: -Expertise in AM, Modelling using FEM
Pay Scale for IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2024
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000 per month (Hostel facility subject to availability. Otherwise, HRA will be provided), Project Assistant: Rs. 25,000 to 28,000 including HRA per month. (No Accommodation availability)
Selection Procedure for IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2024
- This is a rolling advertisement; the PIs will evaluate and shortlist the applications received every 15 days until suitable candidates are selected.
