IIT Guwahati has announced a vacancy for the position of Senior Research Fellow in their recent recruitment notification. The notification states that there is one vacancy available with a salary of Rs. 49,970. Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech or MSc in Biotechnology, Chemical, Biochemical, or Industrial Biotechnology with a valid GATE score.

The selection process will be through National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions. Interested candidates are required to appear for a Walk-in Interview scheduled on April 22, 2024, at 10:00 am.

An advance copy of the CV along with relevant documents should be sent to the Principal Investigator by email before April 22, 2024, at 9:30 am. Selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the Walk-in interview, and no separate call letters will be sent to the candidates.

• How to apply and selection process: Candidates have to appear in a Walk-in Interview, which is scheduled on 22.04.2024 (Monday) at 10:00 am.
• Advance copy of CV giving details of all educational qualifications, experience, contact address, phone no., email etc. along with scan copies of relevant documents should be sent on or before 22.04.2024 (9:30 AM) to the Principal Investigator by email.
• Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Walk-in interview.
• Candidates will not be sent any call letter separately.
