Applications are invited for an online interview for the position of Research Associate – I (RA – I) under the project "Development and Manufacturing Technology for High Energy Density & Fast Charging Li-ion Batteries" at the School of Energy Science and Engineering, IIT Guwahati. The interview is scheduled for June 21, 2024, at 3:00 pm via an online platform.
There is one vacancy with a total monthly remuneration of Rs. 67,280, including HRA, for a duration of six months. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline, with a preference for those experienced in battery fabrication, testing, and electrochemical analysis.

Qualifications Details for IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2024
IIT Guwahati is seeking a Research Associate with a Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Candidates with experience in battery fabrication, testing, and electrochemical analysis are preferred for this position, of which there is one available.
Pay Scale for IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2024
The position of Research Associate - I (RA-1) has one vacancy with a recommended pay of Rs. 58,000. Housing allowance (HRA) is set at Rs. 9,280, while there is no provision for medical allowance. Hence, the total recommended amount is Rs. 67,280.
Selection Process for IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2024
Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for interview and selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the online interview. Candidates will not be sent any call letter separately. Depending on the performance, the contract can be further extended.
