IIT Goa is hiring for the position of Junior Research Fellow, with one vacancy available. The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 37,000/- per month. Applicants must hold an M.E/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Exceptional candidates with a B.E/B.Tech in the same disciplines may also be considered, provided they have a valid GATE scorecard. Desired skills include experience in CFD, Openfoam, and Aerosol Modeling, along with a basic understanding of coupled CFD modeling. The selection process may involve screening based on academic performance and other criteria. Qualifications Details for IIT Goa Recruitment 2024
- M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, and other allied branches.
- Exceptional candidates with B.E/B. Tech from the same branches may also be considered
- Qualified GATE SCORE in the relevant streams (Candidates with B.E/B.Tech degree must have a valid GATE Scorecard)
- Experience in CFD, Openfoam, Aerosol Modeling.
- Basic understanding of coupled CFD modelling
Selection Process for IIT Goa Recruitment 2024
- If the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large, the constituted selection committee may restrict the number of candidates to be called for selection to a reasonable limit of desirable qualification and/or on the record of academic performance and/or any other benchmark decided by a committee constituted to screen the applications. No communication will be entertained with candidates who are not called for selection.
- Selected candidates will have to join in a reasonable time upon receipt of the offer
