IIT Gandhinagar is seeking applications for the position of Research Associate for a project titled "Developing a coke resistant biogas reforming catalyst using a comparative approach of supported and substituted metal oxide." Position, Vacancy for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2024
- Applications are invited for the post of Research associate (RA) for the project titled “Developing a coke resistant biogas reforming catalyst using a comparative approach of supported and substituted metal oxide”.
- The position is temporary for one year initially, but can be extended further depending on satisfactory performance and requirements.
Qualification for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2024
- Ph. D. (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering) from recognized university with at least 60% marks. Candidates who have submitted the thesis and waiting for the degree can also apply. Candidate must have 2 research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- This project is based on heterogeneous catalysis therefore basic knowledge heterogeneous catalysis, chemical reaction engineering and kinetics is the primary requirement. Candidates with research experience in heterogeneous catalysis will be preferred.
Pay Scale for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2024
Rs. 47,000 INR+HRA as applicable. This salary is as per the rules of Ministry of Science and Technology for which candidate must have submitted the PhD thesis and has a provisional certificate.
