IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Project Manager, Project Assistant Vacancies, Check Eligibility at iitd.ac.in

The Department of Management Studies at IIT Delhi invites applications from Indian nationals for Project Appointments in the newly created project funded by IT Delhi, led by Prof. Mahim Sagar. The project, scheduled until August 21, 2036, offers a contractual appointment with yearly renewal, subject to performance evaluation, for a Project Manager and a Project Assistant (Admin).

The Project Manager position requires a Post Graduate Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, along with desirable qualifications such as an MBA and proficiency in computer systems.

The Project Assistant (Admin) role necessitates a graduate degree and 2 years of work experience in a relevant field, with desirable qualifications including a Bachelor's Degree and familiarity with computer systems. Interested candidates must download and submit Form No. IRD/REC-4 from the IRD Website of IIT Delhi to the provided email address by May 8, 2024, 5:00 p.m. The institute reserves the right to set higher criteria for shortlisting eligible candidates, with shortlisted candidates being notified for an online interview. 5% relaxation in marks is applicable for SC/ST candidates, and retired government employees selected will receive salary adjustments as per prevailing norms.

Qualifications Details for IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024

Project Manager:

A Post Graduate Degree and Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in an Institute, out of which at least 5 years at the level of Superintendent or of supervising a section in a scale not less than that of a Superintendent. OR A Graduate Degree and Minimum 12 years relevant work experience in an Institute, out of which at least 5 years at the level of Superintendent or of supervising a section in a scale not less than of a Superintendent.

An MBA or equivalent, Experience of computer system for information processing and retrieval. An MBA graduate from a reputed institute with 10+ years of experience preferably in a Supervisory role Professional exposure of Industrial. Academics and Administration. Must have excellent communication skill with proficiency in writing & speaking English language Must be strong in building inter-personal relationships with experience of working in a cross-departmental profile. Must possess good ability to interact with students and scholars

Project Assistant:

• Graduate degree with 2 years' work experience as Sr. Assistant or equivalent post/scale. In case of Account/Audit/Cash: Graduate degree preferably Commerce with 2 years' work experience as UDC or equivalent post/scale In case of Stores/Stock Verification: Graduate degree with 2 years relevant work experience of Stores/Stock verification at the level of Sr. Assistant or equivalent post/scale
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/ Institute with 05 years of work experience and Working knowledge of computer & peripherals. Work Experience of conducting the admission process in reputed institute and Working knowledge of computers & peripherals.

• Project Manager: Rs.47,600-51,000-54,400- 58,700-63,000-67,300/-p.m plus HRA @ 27%
• Project Assistant: Rs.29.200-31,200-33,200- 35.800-38.400-41.000/- p.m plus HRA @ 27%
