Applications are invited from Indian nationals for a Project Appointment at the Department of Physics, IIT Delhi, for a postdoctoral position funded by the SERB-Core Research Grant. The project focuses on semiclassical gravity and quantum fields in curved spacetimes with back reaction, under the title "Back Reaction Inclusive Semiclassical Dynamics in Cosmology and Black Holes," led by Prof. Suprit Singh.
The appointment will be on a contractual basis with a consolidated pay of Rs. 47,000 per month plus HRA at 24%. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Physics with expertise in gravity and related areas, demonstrating high-quality research experience. Responsibilities include conducting research on semiclassical gravity and quantum fields.

Pay Scale for IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024
