IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Project Attendant Vacancies, Check Eligibility at iitd.ac.in
Indian nationals are invited to apply for a Project Appointment under the M.Tech. Programme on Atmospheric Oceanic Sci. & Tech., a sub-project under MI00570, led by Prof. Somnath Baidya Roy at the Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, funded by the Ministry of Earth Sciences. The appointment is on a contractual basis with consolidated pay, subject to yearly renewal until August 31, 2025.
The position available is for a Project Attendant, requiring a minimum qualification of passing 12th class (10+2), with preference given to those with work experience as an Attendant in technical education institutions, particularly in the IIT system. Interested candidates should download Form No. IRD/REC-4 from the IIT Delhi website and submit it with all required details to Prof. Somnath Baidya Roy via email.
Higher criteria may be set for shortlisting candidates, whose names will be displayed on the IRD website for online interview details. Shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly. SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in marks, and retired/superannuated government employees may also apply. The deadline for application submission is April 29, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications Details for IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024
- 12th class (10+2) passed. College degree will be given preference.
- Work experience as Attendant in technical education institutions, equivalent to, or in the lIT system, will be given preference.
Pay Scale for IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024
Applications from Indian nationals are invited for a Project Appointment for the position of Project Attendant (01) under a contractual basis with consolidated pay, subject to periodic performance review. The pay slab ranges from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 28,100 per month, with an additional House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 24%. SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in marks, and retired/superannuated government employees selected for the position will have their salary fixed according to IRD norms.

IIT Delhi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates from those satisfying the advertised qualifications and requirements of the project post and their names will be displayed on web link (http://ird.iitd.ac.in/shortlisted) alongwith the online interview details.
