IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
Principal Project Scientist
- PhD with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline OR M. Tech. 1st class or equivalent with 6 years experience
Senior Research Fellow
- BE/BTech with minimum 60% or equivalent marks with "NET/GATE and at least 2 years of research experience as evident from publication records in standard refereed journals, or, ME/MTech/MCA/ equivalent with minimum 60% marks "The requirement of NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF may be relaxed for candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical institutes (CFTIs) with a CGPA of more than 8.0 (80% aggregate marks) BE/BTech with minimum
Junior Research Fellow
- BE/BTech with minimum 60% or equivalent marks and "NET/GATE qualified.
- "The requirement of NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF may be relaxed for candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical institutes (CFTIs) with a CGPA of more than 80 (80% aggregate marks).
