The Indian Institute Of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar) has announced vacancies for 03 Research Associate III positions. These positions are for a time-bound research project in the School of Electrical Sciences. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design or M.Tech/M.S in VLSI Design/IC Design related areas, preferably with relevant experience.
The salary for the Research Associate III position is Rs. 67,000/- per month plus HRA@18%. The age limit for applicants is less than 35 years, with age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Government rules. Ph.D in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design OR M.Tech/M.S in VLSI Design/IC Design related areas, preferably with relevant experience in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design evident through publications/patents/reports/thesis.

Emolument (Consolidated): 67,000/- + HRA@18% per month
