Qualifications for IIT (BHU) Varanasi Recruitment 2024
- IIT (BHU) Varanasi is looking to hire someone for a project called "Development of L10-FeNi (tetrataenite, ordered phase) for permanent magnet applications." The project is funded until March 2027, which is about three years. The job is temporary and will end when the project does.
- To apply, you need to have a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Ceramic Engineering, or Nanotechnology, like a B. Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech., with at least 55% marks or equivalent. You must have also passed GATE or an equivalent exam (but not before 2020).
Age Limit for IIT (BHU) Varanasi Recruitment 2024
- The upper Age Limit is 28 years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates); in case of non-research positions, the upper age limit may also be relaxed for the duration of earlier work in a project/scheme subject to the Institute rules prevalent at that time.
- All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
