A position for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) is available for a SERB-funded project titled "Silicon Carbide devices based High voltage gain Converter with Novel Current-source Gate driver for Electric Vehicle Powertrain" at IIT (BHU), Varanasi.
This is a temporary role aligned with the project's duration of approximately 21 months. The selected candidate can also pursue a PhD program in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT (BHU). The monthly fellowship for the JRF position is ₹37,000 with a 16% HRA. Essential qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with qualified GATE or equivalent examination, with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI at the bachelor’s level.
The upper age limit is 28 years, with relaxation for specific categories.
