Position, Vacancy for IIT Bhilai Recruitment 2024
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the following positions in the IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation sponsored research project entitled “Healthcare and Community Medicine Empowerment of Underprivileged Tribal-Population: Biological Validation of Cancer and Sickle Cell Anemia”
- Research Associate: 01
- Project Associate/ Junior Research Fellow: 02
- Software Engineer: 02
- Technical Assistant: 02
Qualification for IIT Bhilai Recruitment 2024
Research Associate/Post-Doctoral Fellow:
PhD in Biosciences/Any Life Science Disciplines/ Biomedical Engineering with a cancer biology background. The candidate who submitted their Ph.D. thesis is also encouraged to apply.
Project Associate/ Junior Research Fellow:
- MSc (Biosciences/Life Sciences/Chemistry) from a recognized institute/university or statutory body OR equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5-grade points on a scale of 10);
- For SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 grade points on a scale of 10). M.Sc students pursuing the final semester are also encouraged to apply.
Software Engineer:
- M.Tech/ME/MS in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent with four years of relevant experience. (OR)
- B. Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent with the relevant experience. (OR)
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with the relevant experience. (OR) M.C.A. from a recognized University or statutory body with relevant experience.
Technical Assistant: Bachelor/ Master degree in Biosciences/Life Sciences/ Nursing(B.Sc/ Dip) / Dip. in Lab Technician course/ other technical subjects.
