Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati, established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is hosting a walk-in interview for the position of Technical Officer-I on a contract basis. The role is under a project funded by Open Philanthropy, led by Principal Investigator Guruprasad R. Medigeshi, aimed at developing antiviral platforms against henipaviruses like Nipah and Hendra viruses.
The minimum qualifications include a PG degree in Life Sciences with two years of post-qualification R&D experience or a PG Professional degree with one year of such experience. Desirable skills involve expertise in mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, and protein purification.
The monthly emoluments for the position are set at INR 50,000 on a consolidated basis, and the age limit for applicants is not exceeding 30 years. The tenure initially spans one year with the possibility of renewal based on performance. - PG Professional degree in Life Sciences with one year of post-qualification R&D experience in biological sciences
- Experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, protein purification, mammalian and insect cell expression systems.
Age Limit for IISER Tirupati Recruitment 2024
