IISC Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 02 Assistant Project Engineer, Site Engineer, Check Eligibility at iisc.ac.in
The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISC) has released a recruitment notification for the positions of Assistant Project Engineer and Site Engineer. There are a total of 02 vacancies for these roles. The salary for these positions ranges from Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100. Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks.
Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience as AE or an equivalent post in Govt/Autonomous bodies/PSU with a grade pay of Rs. 4600 (7th CPC Level-7). Desirable experience includes handling large construction projects and knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and other relevant software applications.

Qualification for IISC Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
Experience:
8 years of experience as AE or an equivalent post in Govt/Autonomous bodies/PSU with a grade pay of Rs. 4600 (7th CPC Level- 7). However, those serving/served as Assistant Engineer on regular employment or on deputation at the Institute for at least 8 years with B.E./B.Tech and exemplary service record can apply [Age limit not applicable].
Desirable Experience:
Experience in handling large construction projects and knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software applications is desirable.
Pay Scale for IISC Recruitment 2024
Pay scale: PB - 3 (15,600 - 39,100) with Grade Pay of 5400/- (Level – 10 in 7th CPC). Candidates, who have submitted experience certificates from PSU / Autonomous bodies having different pay scales, should mandatorily submit equivalence certificate for consideration of their experience. Else, experience would not be considered.
Age Limit for IISC Recruitment 2024
Age Limit (as on the last date of Advertisement): 45 years. Relaxations in age are applicable to Persons with Benchmark Disability, OBC-NCL candidates and Ex- Servicemen as per Govt of India norms as applicable to the Institute
Selection Procedure for IISC Recruitment 2024
Call letters to attend the interview will be sent only to the short-listed candidates by mail. Candidates are required to check their registered mail frequently. No correspondence will be made with applicants who are not short-listed/not called for interview.
