The Indian Institute of Public Administration is seeking to recruit a Consultant for its project on "Impact Assessment of C-DAC's Training on Digital Signature and PKI". The ideal candidate should hold a B. Tech degree with over 6 years of experience in both public and private sectors.
They must also possess mandatory certifications in courses such as 'Advance Public Policy' and 'Data Science', along with proven leadership experience in the public sector, policy research, and impact studies.
Interested candidates meeting the criteria are invited to attend the interview at the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi, bringing along original educational and experience documents, and updated CVs, by 3:00 P.M. on April 10, 2024. Candidates arriving after the specified time will not be considered, and no travel allowances will be provided for the interview.

Qualifications Details for IIPA Recruitment 2024
Consultant:
- B. Tech with experience of 6+ years both in public and private sector
- Compulsory Certification in courses including 'Advance Public Policy' and 'Data Science' course
- Proven experience in working with the public sector in leadership
- positions.
- Proven experience in policy research
- Proven experience in impact studies or related projects, particularly for the public sector
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Senior Research Officer:
- Masters' degree with at least 5 years of experience out of which 2-3 years should be in the public sector
- Proven experience in impact assessment or related projects
- Proven experience in teaching, research, data collection, and analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations in research.
Graphic Designer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software, specifically Figma and/or Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent visual, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2/3 years experience
Research Assistant:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Cyber Law and Information Security Preferred)
- Same basic Exposure to Drafting NDA, Information Security Policy, Information Security compliance and Privacy Notification (GDPR/DPDP), and related domain.
- Proven experience in research, data collection, and analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations in research.
Pay Scale for IIPA Recruitment 2024

Walk-in date for IIPA Recruitment 2024
- Interested candidates, who fulfill the above criteria, may walk in for the interview in Room No.20 at Indian Institute of Public Administration, I.P. Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi along with the original educational and experience documents and updated CVs by 03:00 P.M. sharp on Wednesday, the 10th April, 2024. Candidates reaching the venue after the scheduled time shall not be entertained under any condition. No T.A/D.A. will be paid for attending the interview.
