Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) an autonomous body under Ministry of Commerce & Industry invites applications from bonafide Indian citizens eligible and interested to work under Research Project as Research Associate on purely contract basis at IIP Mumbai. The contractual engagement will be purely temporary and time bound.

Qualification for IIP Recruitment 2024
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Food/ Pharma/ Agriculture/ Nano Technology/ Polymer Engineering/Polymer Technology/Polymer Science/Material Science/Mechanical Engineering.
- Desirable: Training/Hands on experience in Packaging and allied-field/ Polymer Processing/ Testing & Characterization (GCMS, HPLC, DSC, XRD, FTIR, shelf life analysis etc.). Published research papers/patent. Preference would be given to experienced candidate based on skills and knowledge acquired and demonstration of the same during interview.
Age Limit, Salary for IIP Recruitment 2024
- Age Limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women on last date of receiving application
- Remuneration: Rs. 58,000+HRA
- A fixed monthly remuneration as stated above shall be paid.
- The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract and there will be no increment / percentage increase during the contract period.
- The selected candidate will not be entitled to any benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical allowance, Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance or any other allowance.
- No TA/DA is admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion
Selection Procedure for IIP Recruitment 2024
- The temporary engagement is purely on contract basis. Applications received in response to this advertisement will be shortlisted on the basis of qualificationand experience of applicants.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview for selection as per above stated posts.
