Qualifications Details for IIM Ahmedabad Recruitment 2024
- The candidate should be a graduate with first class from any reputed university and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching assistantship, eLearning course development, instructional design, or multimedia production is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of one or more online creative and visual tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, OBS Studio, etc., is an added advantage.
- The candidate should be familiar with one or more learning management systems like Moodle, Open edX, Canvas, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of instructional design is desirable.
- The candidate should have a strong command of the English language (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
