Qualification for IIM Nagpur Recruitment 2024
- Applicant should have Post-Graduation degree/diploma preferably in Management with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute and consistently good academic record.
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience out of which minimum 3 years of relevant experience in academic administration or programme management in a reputed Institute.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Database Management & other MS Office tools is must.
- Ability to perform data analysis in MS Excel including use of formulae, in-built functions, charts, etc. is required.
- Relevant experience in Academic Administration in Executive Education space /Higher Education /EdTech /Project coordination / Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Experience in Accounting processes like bill entries, periodical reports and budget preparations will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premiere Institution is desirable.
- Quick learners from varied domains who are passionate for administrative fields and are ready to learn and adapt to the new eco system are also encouraged to apply.
Pay Scale for IIM Nagpur Recruitment 2024
- Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at appropriate pay level as per 7th Pay commission with an initial probation period of 2 years. In addition to this the perks & allowances will be paid as per Institute norms.
- The decision of the appointing authority will be final & abiding in this regard.
