Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur is looking for a qualified & experienced professional for heading the Programmes Office – Degree Granting Programmes (MBA, Executive MBA & Ph.D.). The designated person will work in collaboration with the Dean Academics, Chairperson of the respective programmes, Faculty, and other senior functionaries of the Institute to ensure administrative adherence to academic policies and procedures.

Qualification for IIM Nagpur Recruitment 2024
- Applicant should have a Graduation degree in any discipline with very good academic record from a reputed Institute. PG diploma/degree in Management will be preferred.
- At least 10 years of overall experience working with reputed higher education institution/ Corporate.
- The candidate should have relevant experience matching the job description at the Government/Autonomous higher education institution or equivalent Industrial/Corporate experience of management / administration.
- Experience at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premiere education Institution is desirable.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and result oriented with a drive to achieve goals.
- Quick learners from varied domains who are passionate to contribute in the fields of academic administration and are ready to learn and adapt to the new eco system are also encouraged to apply.
Pay Scale for IIM Nagpur Recruitment 2024
- Selected candidate will be offered initially a fixed-term appointment for two years on IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary commensurate with qualification and experience with equivalence to Group A officers of the Government pay scales and as per Institute norms.
- In addition to this the perks & allowances will be paid as per Institute norms.
- After the completion of contract period, if the candidate is found extremely efficient & suitable and if the vacancy in the Institute exists then the candidate may be considered for regular appointment or the extension of contract as the case may be based on the Institute norms.
- Candidates who are already working in a Government organization on a regular pay scale for at least last 5 years at appropriate level can be considered for a regular appointment, though the probation and other terms & conditions will be as per IIM Nagpur norms.
- The decision of the appointing authority will be final & abiding in this regards.
- The staff accommodation will be provided as per availability & the Institute policy.
