IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 02 Programme Assistant, Check Eligibility at iiml.ac.in
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has released a notification for the recruitment of 02 Programme Assistants on a contract basis, initially for one year, extendable up to two years based on performance and Institute's needs. Candidates must hold a Graduation/Post-Graduation degree with at least 60% marks or its equivalent, with preference given to those possessing a B.Tech, MBA, or BCA/MCA.
Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of MS-Office and computer-related tasks. The monthly emoluments for candidates with 3-5 years of experience range from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000, inclusive of all allowances. The age limit for applicants is 35 years as of 16th May 2024.
The selection process will include a Written/Skill Test/Interview, and shortlisted candidates will be notified via email. Indian Institute of Management Lucknow invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for the post of Programme Assistant purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable upto further two years, subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent & need of the Institute.

Qualification for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024
Essential Qualifications:
i. Graduation/Post-Graduation with at least 60% marks or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute of repute and consistently good in other academic records. ii. Preference will be given to candidates possessing B. Tech or MBA or BCA/MCA.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
Desirable Qualifications:
i. Knowledge of MS –Office and other computerrelated tasks ii. Candidate should have experience in marketing of Education programmes or professional services to clients or education programme execution. iii. Exposure to digital marketing & social media will be preferred
Other Requirements: Good correspondence skills, Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner, good attention to details, confident and selfmotivated friendly personality.
Pay Scale for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024
For candidates with 3-5 years of experience, the monthly emoluments for the position of Programme Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) range between Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000, inclusive of all allowances.
Age Limit for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024
Candidates applying for the position of Programme Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) should not exceed 35 years of age. The age limit will be reckoned as on the last date for receipt of application, which is 16th May 2024.
Selection Procedure for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2024
