The Post-Doctoral Fellowship is designed to keep in view Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore) goal to create a high-quality research environment. IIM Indore Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) is a research opportunity offered by IIM Indore to Ph.D. degree holders. Its objective is to support high-quality research by scholars holding a doctoral degree and an outstanding academic record.
IIM Indore PDF in management aims to identify young, motivated individuals for doing research in different specializations of management. Fellows selected for the Post Doctoral position will conduct academic research jointly with a resident faculty member in their mutual area of interest. A PDF will work with a faculty mentor who is expected to provide ample opportunities to develop the fellow as an independent researcher.

Qualification for IIM Indore Recruitment 2025
- Successfully defended FPM/PhD (within 5 years of the application) from a premier institute/university (excluding IIM Indore) with a minimum of 60% marks / 1st division in the master’s degree or degree immediately preceding PhD. Those who have submitted the thesis are also encouraged to apply.
- Desirable: Should have a minimum of “B” category (or above) publication in the journal list (ABDC or equivalent).
