Qualifications For IIM Indore Recruitment 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and MBA from a good business school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in career services, talent acquisition, or corporate relations, preferably within a higher education setting or MBA-HRM programme.

Salary & Allowances For IIM Indore Recruitment 2024
- The selected candidate will be deputed in IIM Indore on a fixed-term contract for a period of two years on a consolidated monthly pay package subject to satisfactory performance, which will be reviewed on an annual basis.
- Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
- The selected candidate would be evaluated after three months of joining and would be able to complete the first year in the company only if the performance is found satisfactory at the end of three months.
