Qualifications Details for IIM Indore Recruitment 2024
Professor: Minimum 10 years teaching/research/ industrial experience of which at least four years should be at the level of associate professor in IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/institutions of comparable standards.
Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years teaching/ research/industrial experience of which at least three years should be at the level of assistant professor or equivalent.
Assistant Professor: Minimum three years teaching /research/industrial experience (excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.). A fresh Ph.D. may be considered for the position but will be on contract basis. In deserving cases the Institute may relax the minimum experience requirement but such relaxation should have the approval of the Board of Governors.
Pay Scale for IIM Indore Recruitment 2024
Under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), the pay scales for academic positions are structured as follows: Professors are placed at Pay Level 14A, Associate Professors at Pay Level 13 A2, and Assistant Professors at Pay Level 12.
