It operates within the higher education sector and currently seeks candidates for the position of Academic Associate - Marketing Area.
This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional academic backgrounds who harbor a long-term interest in pursuing doctoral programs and engaging in teaching and research within the domain of Marketing. Reporting to the Chairperson of the Marketing Area, the Academic Associate will provide research and teaching support to faculty members as needed, actively contributing to academic research and teaching endeavors.
Additionally, responsibilities may include assisting with proctoring duties when required. Qualified candidates should possess a master’s degree or PG Diploma with specialization in Marketing. The initial duration of the position is one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years. A monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 44,000, depending on educational qualifications and experience, will be provided.

Qualifications Details for IIM Bangalore Recruitment 2024
- Candidates are required to hold a master’s degree/ PG Diploma with “Marketing specialization”.
- The position is suitable for candidates with excellent academic credentials who have a longterm interest in doing their doctoral program and engaging in teaching and research in Marketing
- The candidate is required to provide research and teaching support to the faculty depending on the requirements of the faculty
- The candidate should be willing and interested to assist faculty on all aspects of their academic research and teaching work
- The candidate is expected to support proctoring duties of the institute as and when assigned
Stipend for IIM Bangalore Recruitment 2024
- An all-inclusive monthly stipend will be in the range of Rs. 38,000/- to Rs. 44,000/- based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant
