The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), recognized as a premier graduate school of management in Asia and designated an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act of 2017, is seeking a Research Associate for the RBI Chair of Economics. This one-year project-based position involves providing research support and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics, with strong quantitative skills and familiarity with DSGE models. Proficiency in statistical tools like Stata, R, as well as coding skills in MATLAB and Python is essential.
Candidates should possess research interests in Macroeconomics and Finance, along with excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
