Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is a premier B-School set up by Government of India engaged in education, training and research in the area of International Business. The Institute intends to engage experienced personnel as Hindi Translator on contract basis to assist in administrative and academic work of the Hindi Section for a period of one year.

Qualification for IIFT Recruitment 2024
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level Or
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level Or
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi Medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level Or
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English Medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level Or
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
- Experience – Minimum Two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government offices or Central/State Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Recognized Universities.
Pay Scale for IIFT Recruitment 2024
- For retired pensioners, remuneration will be regulated as per the provisions of Ministry of Finance, Department OM No 31512020-E-ll dated 09.12.2020. A fixed monthly remuneration will be paid i.e. last pay drawn minus pension plus transport allowance not exceeding the amount admissible at the time of retirement.
- Consolidated salary of Rs. 35, 000/- to Rs. 40, 000/- per month based on experience and qualification for non-retired candidates.
Age Limit for IIFT Recruitment 2024
Maximum 62 years as on last date of receipt of applications. Tenure: The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year. The tenure may be extended further depending upon performance of the candidate and requirement of the institute.
Selection Procedure for IIFT Recruitment 2024
In case of a large number of applications, the Institute may apply higher benchmarks for shortlisting of eligible candidates for further selection process. Only the shortlisted candidates shall be informed by E-mail to appear for the test and interview at IIFT Campus at B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi110016.
