IIEST Shibpur Recruitment 2024 Walk-In Interviews for Research Associate on May 15, 2024

The Centre for Healthcare Science and Technology at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, has announced a walk-in interview on 15th May 2024 at 12:00 Noon for the temporary position of Research Associate - I (RA-I). The position requires a PhD in Engineering with work experience in the Biomaterials area.

Desirable qualifications include motivated PhD holders within the last five years with a consistently good academic record. The appointment will be for one year initially, with a possibility of extension based on performance. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly emolument of Rs. 47,000.

Candidates are required to bring two hard copies of their bio-data, one passport-size photograph, and original mark sheets and certificates. The interview will be held at the Office of the Dean (Research and Consultancy), 6th Floor, New Technology Building, IIEST, Shibpur.

Pay Scale for IIEST Shibpur Recruitment 2024

The fellowship for Research Associates is determined based on their qualifications and experience, with a consolidated monthly pay as detailed below. For the position of Research Associate-I, the emolument is set at Rs. 47,000.00 per month. The duration of the appointment is one year.

Walk-in details for IIEST Shibpur Recruitment 2024

Interested candidates are requested to appear for a walk in-interview on 15th May 2024 at 12.00 Noon, for the temporary post of Research Associate - I (RA-I) in the Centre for Healthcare Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology (IEST), Shibpur, Howrah-711 103. The RA-I will be initially appointed for a period of one year and may be extended for a maximum of one more year depending on performance, which will be evaluated at the completion of each year. The post is purely temporary and co- terminus with the project.
