IGNCA is currently recruiting for the position of Project Associate in the Project Area: Brihatter Bharat & Area Studies. This role is based in New Delhi and involves a remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month. Applicants should be below 35 years of age and possess a Master of Arts/M. Phil. in Indian History/Art/Culture/Archaeology and Heritage Management from a UGC-recognized university or institution.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of documentation, editing, exhibition, and outreach programs, along with proficiency in Hindi, English, and preferably Brahmi or other Indian scripts. Familiarity with Mandarin, Korean, Thai, or Cambodian languages is advantageous. Qualifications Details for IGNCA Recruitment 2024
- The Project Associate must have completed a Master of Arts/M. Phil. in Indian History/Art/Culture/Archaeology and Heritage Management from a University/ Institution recognized by the UGC
- Knowledge of documentation, editing, exhibition, and outreach programme will be preferable.
- The candidate should have an excellent academic background and familiarity with Indian Art, Culture, and Society.
- Skilled at working on Computers, typing, Microsoft tools, and basic knowledge of Photoshop and designing.
- The Candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English language; Knowledge of Brahmi and any other Indian scripts is desirable.
- The candidate knows (reading, writing, and speech) Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Cambodian languages is preferable.
- The candidate should be expert in Area Studies Or in India’s Historical and Cultural linkages with the Asian Countries.
