The Institute of Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) is seeking applications for the position of Research Associate to contribute to research projects in various areas of banking technology. Candidates must hold a First Class (60%) full-time B.E. / B.Tech. degree in CSE/IT/ECE or equivalent, with a keen interest or experience in specific areas such as Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Networks, Cloud Computing, etc.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 25 years. The position is for a term of one year, extendable based on project requirements and performance, with a consolidated compensation of Rs. 24,500/- per month. The recruitment is purely temporary and contractual, with no scope for further continuation or absorption.

Qualification for IDRBT Recruitment 2024
- A First Class (60%) full time B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE/IT/ECE) or equivalent from a recognised University or Institute with a consistently good academic record throughout.
- While applying, candidates need to clearly indicate the area (from the above list) in which they intend to work on. Candidates should also indicate any specific project / internship / software skills / expertise, they possess in the afore-mentioned areas.
- Term: One year. Extendable based on project requirements and performance of the candidate for a further period not exceeding two years.
Pay Scale for IDRBT Recruitment 2024
The compensation offered for the IDRBT Recruitment 2024 is an all-inclusive consolidated amount of Rs. 24,500/- per month. This monthly compensation is inclusive of all components and amounts to Twenty-Four Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees only.
Age Limit for IDRBT Recruitment 2024
For the IDRBT Recruitment 2024, the age limit stipulated is not more than 25 years. Candidates applying for the positions of Research Associate should ensure that they meet this age requirement, as exceeding the specified age limit may disqualify them from consideration.
